We have fully automated facilities for manufacturing multilayer-laminated tubes for the oral and the skin care segment. Our hi-tech machines are imported from the world's best manufacturers, ensuring the maintenance of our rigid hygiene standards while producing tubes for MNCs to provide them the best in packaging.
We manufacture multi layer tubes ranging from 22mm diameter - 35mm diameter in round shape and 27mm-42mm diameter in oval shape of various lengths ranging from 80mm - 200mm. Multilayer tubes have aluminium barriers, the best in barrier properties, and tubes have excellent end sealing in HF sealing as well as Hot air sealing.
These tubes are used to contain Toothpastes, Skin Care and Fairness cream's, toiletries and other products.
We are expanding our production capacity and with the new printing machine and by installing a few more fully automated highly technological machines which will increase our production capacities to around 1 million tubes a day. |
